Details:
For example, http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/graph returns HTTP 500.
Replace "octave" with other Mercurial repositories listed at
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/ and the result appears to be the same (I
checked 4 or 5).
Not sure what category to mark this ticket as - maybe some more categories
should be added?
