Hi Karl,
Thanks for the response, and sorry for the delay; I was on holiday. I was
referring to the password reset which is available from a project maintainer's
page, under Mailing Lists -> Configure, then check the "reset pw" box, then
submit. It wasn't working before, or I couldn't get it to work anyway, but I
just tried it now and it did work for me.
So in summary, thanks again, but it appears to work fine.
