Hi Vincent,
Did you try checking your 'spam' folder in hotmail?
All passwords were rest after a security compromise late last year. That
said, using the "lost my password feature" is the only way to reset your
password.
If hotmail is blocking emails from Savannah, you may want to consider using
another email service which doesn't block legitimate mail (if you decide to do
this, just let us know what your new email address is).
