No, not really. That appears to be a rather arbitrary superficial similarity
with another list. It appears to be the case that your mailman (or savannah)
data structures have been corrupted. The list in question should be referred
to by this page: https://savannah.nongnu.org/mail/?group=esp, but the list it
refers to is the wrong one.
The esp mailing list was a locally created mailing list without any
translation for the name of the list (e...@nongnu.org).
