Yes. Only members of the `www' project (i.e., the Romanian team leader) have
write access. You should commit to the www-ro Source repository if the team
uses GNUmakefile.team, or follow whatever internal procedure the team has
established. It is the responsibility of the team leader to propagate your
contributions to the official site.
