Did you register savannah.gnu.org with the BIS and NSA

or are you requiring individual projects to register themselves?
We certainly do not require it.
(I've never even seen this issue come up before.)
Also, are you blocking access for any countries to savannah.gnu.org?
Not to my knowledge, but that's a technical question that can be
answered definitively by the people who set up the savannah web config
(Sylvain?) and the people who run the network (ask sysad...@gnu.org).
