Follow-up Comment #4, sr #107048 (project administration): I fixed the permission errors (there are a few changes with the latest version of SVN that were not properly supported in our documentation).
In SF you're authenticating using http, while here you're authenticated with SSH. The password that is asked is probably your SSH key passphrase.
