Follow-up Comment #36, sr #106304 (project administration): At least from a cursory glance at the spam others have mentioned here, it looks like most of the spam follows the same format.
Perhaps some means of blocking (or holding for moderation?) comments that contain many lines that begin with a URL and have following text?
