I have just done another commit. I can see the familiar message after the
commit:
Mailing notification to xlog-...@nongnu.org... sent.
But there are no messages coming in. Looking at the xlog-cvs archive, there
was a last commit at July 19th. This isn't true, there have been many commits
since. So I think it hasn't been working for over a month now.
