(a) please create the following repositories: hurd/incubator (owner:
<bug-h...@gnu.org>, description: the great next stuff), and hurd/glibc (owner:
<bug-h...@gnu.org>, description: glibc maintenance).
(b) please check that for all Hurd Git repositories the commit emails are
sent to <commit-h...@gnu.org>. This seems to be wrong / missing for some of
them.
