Follow-up Comment #5, sr #106707 (project administration):

I'm starting to feel like a real twit here.  I registered a key and there is
a message "Success: Key #1 seen Keys registered", however:

[root~] sftp -oIdentityFile="/root/.ssh/savan_dsa"
halfcountp...@dl.sv.nongnu.org

Connecting to dl.sv.nongnu.org...
Permission denied (publickey).
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

[root~] ssh -i "/root/.ssh/savan_dsa" halfcountp...@dl.sv.nongnu.org

Permission denied (publickey).

That is the correct key and this is the exact same procedure I use elsewhere
(successfully) with ssh.  Maybe I need a better tutorial ;)
