Details:
When editing a Submission in any Tracker that allows the usage of Full
Markup, there should be a preview function like in most wikis.
Also the "Full Markup" span left of this input area should be a link that
opens this page
<https://savannah.gnu.org/cookbook/?func=detailitem&item_id=125> in a new
window/tab, instead of a (grammatically dubious) hint. :-)
