The release works better but isn't really finished yet. There's nothing
prepared to deal with starting the service in init.d, the server can run in 2
modes that both have interesting features but you can't mix them (e.g. proper
logs and branch autoconfiguration), and base bugs such as
https://answers.launchpad.net/loggerhead/+question/45503 need to be patched
manually. But it's on the right track.
