I believe that your mail server rejects "bounces", that is, failure notifications. I found this topic about a guy who is at the same hosting service that you: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies-archive.cfm/949575.html Same problem. Your mail service is breaking the mail standard by not accepting "bounces", and thus this may have impact. In particular this breaks sender verification, which lists.gnu.org uses. It is strange that it happened suddenly, maybe there was a change at your mail service recently.
