Details:
It seems like the tracker e-mail notification is not
working.
It is not working since a while but I did not find time
to file the report.
My (not working) test case is
https://savannah.nongnu.org/news/admin/?group=certi
I did add a list of e-mail (Savannah ML from the same project)
but when a new news is posted no mail is sent.
Or at least no mail reach the list or even
the moderation step
(I did add [EMAIL PROTECTED] to the accept
sender filter in order to avoid the moderation step)
