I rely on the mail reminder system to keep track of what things have been
done and what things have not been.

When I send a message asking you to reply when a certain job is done,
that means I have set a reminder.  Please do NOT reply to the message
before the time I said.  If you do, you will cancel the reminder
and I will just have to send you another message to establish a new one.

If you want to send other mail on the topic before that time, please
send it NOT as a reply.  That way it will not cancel the reminder.
