Hi,
According to https://savannah.gnu.org/users/dynamite you do not belong to any
project. In this case, the system account is not created - of course you still
can use the anonymous CVS server access.
If you want your developer access back:
- either you have several Savannah account, and this one isn't the good one.
- either you've been removed from the project and you need to ask an access
back.
