It's a little more awkward than that if you want to do it properly. To get
the attachment names you need to parse the html for each attachment (it's not
in the xml) and you need to track whether attachments have been deleted by
looking at the artifact history. I'm in the process of doing something
similar for sourceforge -> bugzilla. It's distinctly raw at present (and I'm
still working on users) but I'll happily do at dump on you if you like.
