I believe I fixed it a few hours ago with a background and borders

Probably. At the same time, before, you had to click and load a complete new
page before to see those submenus, so I think we improved in that regard.

Hmmm, that's not a novelty, and I had disabled that thing last year. Somehow
this was lost during the last months of development. I set it back to
"relative" positionning for the Savannah theme.
