Now this has happened again: on 2006-04-01 I filed <URL:https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=16244> and neither me (as the submitter) nor Neal (I added him to the CC list right from the beginning) nor bug-hurd (as a default target) have gotten mail about it.
