I have the trunc with revision 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 I created a branch called "Branch1" from revision 1.1 and this Branch1 has two revisions 1.1.2.1, 1.1.2.2 Month later, I created another branch called "Branch2" from trunc revision 1.3 and Branch2 has now revision 1.3.2.1 All of a sudden, my "Branch1" was renamed to Root_Branch1 and Root_Branch1 is now a tag name rather than the branch name. I don't know how that happened. Can any one explain why this happened. Also, how can I assign the Branch name to the revisions 1.1.2.1, 1.1.2.2? The first branch I created still exists but without the name. Please advise. _______________________________________________________ Carbon-Copy List: CC Address | Comment ------------------------------------+----------------------------- indugan --AT-- comcast --DOT-- net | Originator Email _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?func=detailitem&item_id=105193> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Savannah-help-public mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/savannah-hackers
