Hello.

I would like to register a new project, but prefer to send the code by
e-mail. Who should I send the code to?

I'm assuming that any source submitted through e-mail should be
submitted before completing the online project registration forms, since
I could find no instructions to the contrary.

The source itself is contained within a gzip compressed tar file, if
that matters.

Regards,
Michael Jumper
