Details:
For nongnu project 'lmi', please
(1) create new mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED]
(2) if possible, delete old mailing lists
lmi-developement and lmi-bugs
which I believe are empty. I've marked them 'deleted'
already, which has "no other effect than the list is
no longer displayed to the developers and visitors";
can they be caused not to exist at all?
