Details:
The CVS repository for the perlpanel project moved away from Savannah in
December 2004. We'd like to move it back.
The URL http://jodrell.net/files/tmp/PerlPanel-cvs-2005-06-29.tar.gz contains
the most recent CVS repository snapshot. I'd be grateful if you could replace
the contents of the current repository (the empty "perlpanel" directory, the
out-of-date "PerlPanel" directory, and the "__IMPORTANT_NOTE__" with the
contents of this tarball.
