[Savannah-help-public] Problems with uploading to the wesnoth reprisority

I got problems with uploading a file into the cvs-rep of wesnoth. My 
Account is ivanovic. I want to update the file called po/wesnoth/de.po 
and keep getting this message:
cvs commit: [21:45:02] waiting for uid70465's lock in 
/cvsroot/wesnoth/wesnoth/po/wesnoth
This happens for quite a long time now (>30mins) and it seems that noone 
of our project is uploading into this folder. Commiting into the folder 
po/wesnoth-httt/de.po and po/wesnoth-sotbe/de.po worked without problems.
Could you please remove the lock?
