Hello, I am the author of an extension module for the GNU Scientific Library which is called "gsltensor", kindly hosted at savannah. I would like to change the project name to just "tensor", so it doesn't pretend to be somehow approved by the GSL. Would it be possible without unregistering and re-registering with the new name?
