OK, I reproduced the problem and understood its strangeness. I can't see a malicious redirection in /.htaccess. All we can do now is to ask Paul what is so peculiar about that /gnu/gnu-user-groups.html file on www.gnu.org.
Has an answer to this been forthcoming?
Nothing in my mail log, that issue still needs fixing ? (I'm back from long holidays).
