At the moment the source code is not hosted by any sites. The actual version is not functional i.e. only a small part of the recognition algorithm (line detection and grouping) is really coded. The source code is/will be composed of a library, a program (linked with this library) to be used as command line and some extra SWIG files to provides interfaces with python, GUILE, ...
