[Savannah-hackers] gnustep CVS maintenance

I need to replace some files by directories, but this can't be done 
within CVS. Can you remove these files:

gnustep/core/gui/Panels/English.lproj/GSPageLayout.gorm
gnustep/core/gui/Panels/English.lproj/GSPrintPanel.gorm
also can you move the directory

gnustep/dev-apps/libobjc

to

gnustep/dev-libs/libobjc

That fixes a mistake I made long ago...
