I was able to checkout a copy just fine (using ssh, not anonymous CVS). I tryed to make a small change in the web page CVS and it worked. Here is the error message I get: @nowhere:~/Projects/open/stratagus$ cvs -z3 commit -m 'CVS test' src/clone/unit.c Checking in src/clone/unit.c; /cvsroot/stratagus/stratagus/src/clone/unit.c,v <-- unit.c new revision: 1.277; previous revision: 1.276 cvs [server aborted]: could not open lock file `/cvsroot/stratagus/stratagus/src/clone/,unit.c,': Permission denied scp and sftp works just, I guess something went wrong when you copied the CVS tarball.
