The http server is a different computer that fetch files via cvs. It could be possible to make it works with rsync too but it's not planned - we have lot of things to improve before. Since I have many projects with automaticly generated webpages, which source is already in CVS, an extra CVS for the generated webpages seems rather unnecessary.
