Tim Hayes, I believe your "IMPORTANT NOTICE" completely illegal, at least in my country. I never signed any agreement with you and reading a paragraph is not enough in my country to make an agreement.
You ask an invidual to give you an anwser for an entity. You force an individual to talk to other indivual about your mail that you labelled "confidential" by ignoring the fact that you mail is wrongly addressed. As you are incapable of determining who am I, in which way I can be or not held responsible for what you talk about, your mail is absolutely NOT confidential. For a mail to be legally confidential, the sender MUST perfectly know who is the receiver. And you don't. Aside from that, a mail not encrypted is like a postcard: you can label it confidential but you do not ensure at any moment this confidentiallity. That the content you are complaining about: > > > Hi David > > > > > > Is it possible to remove this link / email and or remove / change the > > > veebox.co.uk portion. > > > > > > http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/bayonne-devel/2003-02/msg00001.html > > > > > > cheers > > > > > > tim It's absolutely not up to one individual to remove a mail from the GNU server archives. This email does not at all contain priveleged information and was completely related to a public domain. Therefore their reproduction was required. Note that the address [EMAIL PROTECTED] cannot receive private content. You have the right to avoid writing to that address but you are not entitled to determine whether this address is private or not, whether it is appropriate for confidential messages.
