Can you copy/paste the command line you executed plus the full

I'm trying to access the "tocts" project CVS, I'm a
member of the project, and I've uploaded my rsa1 key,
yet when I go to checkout the 'tocts' modual, I get
prompted with a password. I've followed the CVS
instructions line for line, and I just can't see what
I'm doing wrong, or even IF I'm doing something wrong.
If someone could give me a hand, it would be
appreciated. I can be reached at
