Hi, I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Cataldo S. <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> described the package as follows: > License: gpl > Other License: > Package: Mantra > System name: mantra > Type: GNU > > Description: > Mantra is a free system to handle mass communications on a organization in an > efficient and safe way. In technical words, it\'s a web based Usenet client which > uses a PostgreSQL Database to store a copy of the News spool than can be accessed > concurrently by several users. > > Nice features: > * Free Software (GPL Licence) > * Export of articles to XML/RSS/RDF format (by user) for synchronous remote reading > > It is being wrote in PHP and uses PHPLib. > > Current project website: http://mantra.inf.utfsm.cl/ > Anonymous CVS access: http://mantra.inf.utfsm.cl/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi To release your project under the GPL, you must include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt). Put it in a file named COPYING. Also, copyright is assigned to "Librevolucion [http://mantra.inf.utfsm.cl]". Does Librevolucion have a legal existence (I was not able to determine that by following the link). If not, the real authors names should be provided. Please register your project once more with the changes mentioned above. The way we handle pending projects makes it difficult to keep track of projects that have been answered but have not been approved yet, so we erase them and we ask you to register the project again every time some change has to be done to the registration, and users might have to register their projects several times. Thank you for your understanding. Some users find it useful to use the big re-registration URL provided in the acknowledgment e-mail you received after registration.
