No, they don't seem to be. I commited an update 25 minutes
ago and it still doesn't show.

Normally pages are updated in a minute after the commit. But
sometimes, when some things go wrong (bad connectivity
between sv.gnu.org and www.nongnu.org, for example), it's
updated only a day later.
Since I noticed connectivity issues yesterday, I assume it
may be related. Are the delays back to normality now?
