AFAIK, this means a fresh /CVSROOT/ and an entirely > empty /toad/ directory; if you have some "set up this project's CVS > repository" script, that you could run after nuking the whole tree, > that'd be ideal.
Your directory is now empty. The CVSROOT should be only managed by CVS. If some files need to be removed there, it should be using cvs remove.
