Savannah seems to be unresponsive. Pushing with an ssh:// url just hangs.
Pulling with a git:// URL gives me "fatal: read error: Connection reset by
peer".

Same problem when trying to push or pull from the www-fr repo with
t...@git.sv.gnu.org:/srv/git/www-fr.git
(I don't get an error message. The command just hangs.)
I looked at the traffic with Wireshark. A connection is made, keys are
exchanged, client and server exchange a few encrypted packets, but
nothing happens in my local repo.
