Yes. Thank you for that report. What happened is that I forgot to sync the new certificates when I rolled the git service from one system to the other system. Drat! Usually these are already in sync but not this time. Fixed now. Updated the certificate on the new server. Ran the regression tests. All of the tests pass so I probably did not forget something else.
