Follow-up Comment #1, task #16361 (project administration):

Nope, it's gone again.

But this keeps happening.  Any ideas?  Does some robot periodically repack
each Git repository's internal data but the operation is not atomic/invisible
to the web interface, so it occasionally catches items mid-cleanup?
