Details:
To create an image (.iso or docker or something) which people can download to
get the latest copy of savane on their pc. Then they can use it to implement
any improvements. I believe this may increase engagement of more people in
development work.
QEMU or DOCKER or another platform could be used.
This has been asked at the mailing list previously, in November.
