It seems there's some strange problem with mailing list archives, or at least with accessing them via a Web browser. If I point my browser to https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/, I see only July 2019 as the last month, although https://lists.gnu.org/archive/mbox/emacs-devel/ does show the 2019-08 file with the latest messages. The same happens with bug-gnu-emacs.
It might be that mail delivery from the mailing lists is also lagging, although here I'm not so sure. What I see is that none of the 21 messages in https://lists.gnu.org/archive/mbox/emacs-devel/2019-08 were received by me yet. However, mail delivery on fencepost, where I get my email, is working fine, I checked that by sending email to myself from another address -- it was delivered immediately. Could someone please look into this?
