The reason for this message is the following :
The past "Thu 09 May 2019 08:24:51 PM UTC" we made the submission for a
new project "mklauncher", at <https://savannah.nongnu.org>.

The person in charge of this submission "Ineiev <ineiev>", canceled it,
because supposedly the package of source code of "mklauncher", contains
proprietary software.
Mr. "Ineiev" at no time indicates which folder and which file contains the
proprietary code. He simply canceled the submission without giving any
explanation.
The package is a source code folder "mklauncher-1.0.0-source", it can be
downloaded from the attachment area of "savannah.nongnu", in nine files in
"7z" format.

We want to clarify that this package does not contain any proprietary
