Hi, I wrote a Sane GUI (OSX & Linux) for my HP ScanJet 2300C. see http://goodoldsongs.jimdo.com/news/
The 2300C uses Sane genesys.In OSX I can use brightness and contrast, in Linux I get "unrecognized option brightness".
Can anyone tell me why. Greetings Axel
