Hello,
please provide a debug log. For instance run xsane with the
following commands:
export SANE_DEBUG_GENESYS=255
export SANE_DEBUG_GENESYS_LOW=255
export SANE_DEBUG_GENESYS_GL646=255
xsane >xl.log 2>&1
then send the xl.log file that will be created (zipped if is too big).
Please also check machine logs with the 'demesg' command.
