Attached you find both. The command lines are included on top of the log files; I used 300dpi for flatbed and 75dpi for ADF. (After scanning lineart with ADF the paper got stuck, of course, and I had to reboot the device - which is a pre-existing bug, unrelated to your lineart patch.)
