OS: Mac OS X 10.6 In manual tables to configure scanner you have (example): Vendor CANON ? ID: 0x04A9 in MAC correct ID is: Vendor ID: 0x04a9 (Canon Inc.) (you can see it in devices connected to USB bus in: 'About this mac> more info') When I use BIG letter "A" instead of "a" in vendor ID my mac can't see the scanner.
