I would try disabling the former. allan On Mon, Mar 8, 2010 at 4:34 PM, Yves Jeanrenaud <yves.jeanrenaud at gmail.com> wrote: > hi all, > > since updating to the new backends and packages (apt-get > dist-upgrade), I get errors and my scanner is not working anymore. it > still can be found and scanimage -L works. As it happens, installing the package scsitools installed sg3-* packages which and the errors have disappeared---now TeX font errors stop compilation. Installed more TeX packages for fonts, and all was fine.
