Thanks a lot. The command rpm -Uhv sane-backends-1.0.19-10.fc9.i386.rpm sane-backends-libs-1.0.19-10.fc9.i386.rpm did worked and drivers copied in usr\lib\sane\libsane-hp5590.so , libsane-hp5590.so.1,libsane-hp5590.so.1.0.19.
