The vendor id suggests that the scanner is made by Plustek. The Product ID is not listed as supported by gt68xx backend.
I suggest that you read the gt68xx homepage at http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/gt68xx-backend/ as well as the document http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/gt68xx-backend/adding.html. Pictures of the scanner looks similar to the Plustek OpticSlim M12 and the NeatReceipts Scannalizer which have a different Product ID. You might be able to make some minor changes to the source files gt68xx.conf and gt68xx_devices.c and recompile sane. Don't forget that this backend requires you to extract a windows firmware file and put it somewhere on your linux machine (usually /usr/local/share/sane/gt68xx/).
