I've also written Mustek with no response. I fear nothing is going to happen going that route without legal action. Let us know when you have the site up. I'd be able to also get a USB snoop (even usbfs_snoop log if needed). I'm glad to see others are thinking of these scanners still. I've resigned myself to using windows through vmware to scan things (somewhat painful, but it works). Thanks! -----Jay
